We are very pleased to announce the return of our Executive Chef Mark Longo. Not new to the Amarone's family, as he was our head chef a few years ago, he has returned to work his culinary magic once again. Not only is Mark known for his beautifully crafted and tasting entrees, he's made his "mark" with homemade cakes and desserts that are the perfect ending to a remarkable meal. By his side is Sous Chef Nicky Lacava. The experienced Nicky brings alot to the Amarone's family, as he is an icredibly talented chef as well. He puts his own flare and style into well designed dishes, and serves up fresh, delicious food. With these two in our kitchen, you will not be disappointed.
